Mindy: Oh hi! Oof, wow, my abs are soooo sore right now…killer workout yesterday, we did a ton of ab work, on a BOSU, you know what that is, right? Like a half of a bouncy ball that you can do exercises on…yeah, I do Orangetheory, try to go 4-5 times a week…it’s a tough one, but it keep me focused and able to indulge during the season <pat my stomach> Ouch! There I go again, felt that, haha! Wow, pretty much any movement at all…I’m sorry, you were about to say some thing and I interrupted you–?
