A very nice person made me a grilled cheese sandwich today and cheese/bread/butter aren’t part of my normal meal plan, but I figured since I’m down another percent body fat and gained another pound of muscle this month, that meal plan deviation wouldn’t TOTALLY kill me but now I remember what toasted cheese and bread and butter taste like and we’ve had a good run Orangetheory, I’ll remember you fondly and will soon post a montage of my workout memories set to Whitney Houston’s song Didn’t We Almost Have It All.
