I don’t have a lot to say about today’s workout except for when Dru was demoing the back extension on BOSU and he said, “If you’ve got more of a belly now, you might want to skip these and do Bird Dogs,” and I’ve never seen 10 women look more aghast and offended that he was calling us out on our Holiday Bellies… but then we realized he was talking to Caitlin because she was pregnant. PREGNANT BELLY. Except I think my belly is still bigger than Caitlin’s, but maybe having a human in there instead of bread and cheese makes your belly less squishy on the BOSU.
