I don’t have a lot to say about the workout today, except when we were doing double crunches I set the weight down over my head on the last one and went to get up and discovered that I had set down the weight on my pony tail, so I was trapped and had to use my upper body strength to lift the weight AGAIN to free my hair. I want credit for that extra rep…also, am I getting clumsier the longer I go to OTF? That’s not what you want…
