Shout out to all of the people who start on the treads. I started on the treads for the FIRST TIME EVER to get my mile benchmark out of the way. Yikes. And after that…there is still a weight room block! You want me to do what now in the weight room? How heavy? What’s happening, don’t we get to just lay down now?!?
My body was DONE after the treads, but I looked around, and everybody was exercising like, whatever, we bang out a mile and lift heavy all of the time, what’s your issue, Mindy?
